We are back with a bigger and more exciting Festival for you in 2012!
Pack light! You’re here for 3 days- not 3 months! Plus, you’re not camping with your car – so what you bring you’ll have to carry.
PLEASE do not drive into the camping grounds. Oak trees roots run along the top of the ground. when you drive over them you crush them, in returning, killing a limb that can than fall onto someone and crushing them later.
CARPOOL – It’s more fun, less expensive, and cuts down on all of those unnecessary emissions!
Buy compostable spoons, forks, knives, plastic cups, then Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, it’s easier on your pocket and the environment! Styrofoam is NOT our friend! It never decomposes.
Throw away your cigarette butts! They take at least TEN YEARS to decompose.
Dispose of your garbage throughout the weekend! It makes the end cleanup much easier on you AND on us! Every morning we come around and collect garbage. Please bring your full garbage bags to the side of the road. ALSO we recycle so please separate your recycling.
The campgrounds will open up on Friday at 12pm, There is a Pre-Party, gates times are 3pm to 11pm. Harmony Park will Close Monday morning, after Noon security will be sweeping the park. There will be no entrance after 9pm on Sunday. Camping is included in your ticket purchase. There is no way to do one day, music only, or camping only passes.
Harmony is just to small for this. On Sunday at 6pm the gate ticket price is reduced to $50. Providing we are not sold out.
Any person bringing a syringe will need to show medication, prescription and photo ID. Use of illegal drugs is not permitted. Anyone using illegal drugs will be subject to removal from the event.
There is an on site emergency 1st aid tent, located to the left of the main stage. Please behave responsibly. Event producers are not responsible for your actions. Be respectful of your neighbors and friends at all times..
In case of Emergency
There is medical and security personnel on site around the clock. If you need Emergency medical attention, find a staff person with a radio, go to the medical tent or grab one of the security personnel. Do not drink and drive… even to the hospital. We will gladly give you or your friend a ride if your situation calls for a trip to the emergency room.
Pets ARE NOT allowed in Harmony Park.
Service animals with proper paper work are permitted. PLEASE do not forget your paperwork, there will be no exceptions.
ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. Keep your ID on you when drinking at all times as you may be asked to present it. Make sure you do not lose your over 21 wristband, we do not reissue them. Reasonable amounts of alcoholic beverages for personal consumption only. KEGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. also NO GLASS. Pour your Glass bottled liquor into a plastic bottle BEFORE you arrive. Security will be searching cars at the gate. ALL Glass will be confiscated.

Even though your hotel or home may be close to Harmony Park, PLEASE do not drink and drive!
Please park in designated spots, only directed by the parking staff. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense. The parking lot will open beginning 3pm on Friday (with the exception of the preparty). There is a parking fee of $5 per car — Yet another reason to carpool. This fee is collected to reseed the grass, groom the gravel road and spray for dust.
Your wristband will allow you to leave the festival and return. We do not reissue wristbands for any reason. DO NOT LOSE YOUR WRISTBAND.
Children under 12 are free, with paid adults. There is a gym/park at Harmony. Please NEVER leave your children unattended. It shuts a whole show down when someone loses their child. Watch your kids AT ALL TIMES. We take this very serious.
- NO GLASS (bottles, etc.)
- NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD (sorry about the wood… but there is a regional health risk to the oak trees from foreign wood)

Rv slots will fill quickly as we only have 20 slots.. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis.. the cost for a slot is $65 and due immediately. RV spots are SOLD OUT.
Be nice to each other, drink enough water have a little, or a lot of patience, whatever it takes to love one another, drink enough water give the gift of laughter to the people around you, drink enough water, Random acts of kindness, drink enough water, Help your neighbors, drink enough water, make friends, and MOST IMPORTANTLY have an awesome time.
